Are pets allowed?

Your reservation is guaranteed by submitting your credit card details on our secure server. No money is taken at the time of booking.

At each Parador® reserved, on departure.

We make the reservation in your name with the Parador® group using your credit card details to guarantee the reservation.

What rates will I pay if I use your company?

Exactly the same as the Paradores® charge. We also offer all the promotions and a free booking service with experienced operators available for advice and assistance.

What is the method of
payment?
|
Euros or major credit
card. Any bank charges are to be paid by the guest. Personal
cheques are not accepted. |
What is the cancellation
policy?
|
The
Paradores® cancellation policy is : No penalty if cancelled up to 72 hours
prior to arrival. |
How do I cancel?
|
Cancellations can be made upto 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. After 72 hours cancellation charges will apply.
If you wish to contact us to make cancellation(s) please advise us as soon as possible and take into account different time zones, public holidays and office hours which are below. If there is insufficient time then you must contact the Parador(s)® directly, their contact details will be provided in the confirmation email. In either case, you will be given a cancellation reference number(s) which should be retained for your records.
